What we collect

• Optional first name. You may type a first name for the work order. It is used only to personalize the on-screen experience and is stored only in your browser (local storage). We do not receive or store it on our servers.
• Analytics data. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, OpenAI's advertising pixel, and may use advertising pixels (such as Meta or TikTok) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure ad performance. This may include IP address, device type, pages visited, and general location.
• Diagnostic answers. Your yes/no answers to the pillow check-up questions are processed only in your browser to generate your inspection report. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.

What we do not collect

We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, or account passwords on this site. When you click to purchase Crown Lift® Pillow Fix, you are taken to sanctuarysleepco.com, which has its own privacy policy and checkout process.

Cookies

We ask for your consent before loading analytics or advertising cookies. You can accept or decline. If you decline, no analytics or marketing tags will load.
